Key speaker information
The essentials — read these before submitting materials in the portal.
Registration
Speakers must be registered for MES to attend. Speakers receive a discounted rate — please use the Speaker ticket type when registering. Registration link will be added soon.
Lodging
If lodging is required, speakers will be able to book at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Hotel booking link will be added soon.
Presentations
Presentations may be uploaded until 1 hour prior to your session. Preferred format is PowerPoint, widescreen 16:9. PDF and Keynote files will be converted to PowerPoint. Please avoid custom fonts.
AV & room setup
Each room is equipped with a projector, screen, and WiFi. Presentations will be preloaded on conference laptops. If you plan to use WiFi during your session, please have a backup plan.
Handouts
Speakers are encouraged to share handouts and/or slides for attendees to download. Submit handouts through the Speaker Portal by Monday, February 1, 2027. Printed handouts may be provided at the speaker's own expense.
Session schedule
The Speaker Portal is the source of truth for your session details. You'll see your session date, time, and room directly from your dashboard once assigned.
